Ash has fast become a favourite at BAReFIT especially in our 0920 sessions for her positive outlook, work ethic and her morning smile!
After struggling with a few niggles and a fitness solution that was affordable, had a personalized service and that could become a lifestyle Ash came to check out BAReFIT after her partners (Gordons) recommendation. Her first session was all about getting Ash mobile and leaning about what her body could and couldn't do. Over time and with consistency Ash has become and regular attendee at our small group 0920 sessions. She now can pretty much do every exercise we set pain free and knows how to maximize each session/rep to her advantage.
I truly believe that in order to change yourself, you need to challenge yourself. If you’ve got goals you want to achieve, then just take a leap of faith and give it a go! You couldn’t find a more supportive and fun place to do it.” All the trainers/support crew have your back at BAReFiT. We will NEVER walk away from your goals.

I’ve been waiting for the day for 5 years but it finally happened yesterday. One of NZ many rainbows 🌈 formed in just the right place for a photo. Lets talk Snacks....
They are important!! And they dont have to be bad!! - why are they important?? Well youve got to think about your body like a peice of machinery... the more we fuel it the better it works!! So incorporating a mid morning snack and an afternoon snack between breakfast lunch and dinner keeps us topped up,sets us up for eating healthy for the week and stops us over eating - i personally reccomended eating every 3-4hrs so if you have a bag or draw at work then pack it full of healthy snack options- fruits nuts etc to keep you going through the week!! We turned 5 yesterday... 5 years to the day since I ran my first ever session. I had two clients and the rest were family and friends helping me out.
I forgot the warm down because I was so nervous and had the music so loud that no one could hear what I was saying. I certainly went in at the deep end, which is always the faster way to learn I figured.
And since that day I’ve never stopped learning.
There were some great times mostly, some tough moments and lots of conversations.
I believe celebrating milestones with others is so much better than on your own.
