What to expect from our bootcamp workout and fitness exercises

So what can you expect when you sign up at BAReFiT? You’ll get 24/7 support from day one, plus a food guide for the first month. It gives you full details of our clean eating plan. There’s no weighing or measuring your food, no calorie counting and not a point or a sin in sight! You come to the work out sessions of your choice during the week. We do recommend three times a week to get the best results and have work out classes throughout each day to meet your busy schedule – including women fitness classes. Each session is 45 minutes long and you’ll never know what bootcamp exercises are coming next! Sometimes we do partner work, others you’ll work alone in the group around the most effective exercise and bootcamp equipment.
